Child Development Watch
Statewide early intervention program for children ages birth to 3 with a mission to enhance the development of infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays.

Child Find
Each school district provides services to identify and provide services for children who are 3 and older with developmental delays and special needs.

The Delaware Institute for Excellence in Early Childhood (DIECC)
Located within UD’s College of Education & Human Development and the Department of Human Development & Family Studies with a goal to improve the quality of early care and education experiences for young children, especially those who are high-risk.
